These Terms of Service govern your use of ntns.store and purchases made from New Things n Stuff LLC, doing business as New Things n Stuff and NTnS.

Unless an individual product page clearly states otherwise, products are sold as brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
A limited number of products may be listed as used, open-box, shelf-worn, previously handled, or having damaged or imperfect packaging.
Any condition that differs from brand new in original packaging will be disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe products accurately. However, product colors, packaging, labels, photographs, specifications, and manufacturer designs may vary because of screen settings, packaging revisions, manufacturer updates, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Independent reseller status
New Things n Stuff LLC is an independent reseller.
Unless expressly stated on an individual product page, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the manufacturers and brands whose products appear on the website.
All trademarks, product names, brand names, logos, and manufacturer images belong to their respective owners.
5. Manufacturer warranties and support
Manufacturer warranty coverage, product registration, technical support, replacement eligibility, and warranty-transfer rights vary by manufacturer and product.
We do not guarantee that a manufacturer will provide warranty service for a product purchased from us unless the product page expressly states that a particular warranty is included or transferable.
Customers are encouraged to review the manufacturer's warranty requirements before purchasing when warranty coverage is important to their decision.
6. Manufacturer accounts, services, and subscriptions
Some products require product activation, manufacturer registration, a manufacturer or third-party account, a paid subscription, an ongoing service plan, or a compatible application, device, network, or internet connection in order to use some or all features.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, subscriptions, activation costs, service fees, third-party accounts, internet service, and other ongoing expenses are not included in the product's purchase price.

7. Pricing and product information
Prices are displayed in United States dollars and may change without notice before an order is submitted.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing, availability, descriptions, photographs, and other product information are accurate. However, typographical, technical, inventory, or data-entry errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected information, offer the customer the option to proceed with the corrected order, or cancel the affected item or order and issue an appropriate refund.
We will not charge a customer a corrected price without first obtaining the customer's agreement.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that the information provided is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party providers such as banks, card networks, digital wallet providers, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or other services displayed during checkout.
We may delay, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, billing problems, or other security concerns.
9. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.
We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory error, incorrect price or product description, suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, shipping restrictions, an inability to verify order information, an inability to fulfill or deliver the order, or a violation of these Terms or another store policy.
If we cancel a paid order or item, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
10. Limited inventory and overselling
Many products are available in limited quantities. Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve it.
If an inventory error allows more than one customer to purchase the final available unit, the product will generally be supplied to the customer whose completed order was received first.
Any later affected order will be canceled, and the customer will receive an appropriate refund.
11. Order changes and cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation, address correction, or other order change by contacting us immediately after placing the order.
Because some orders are fulfilled or shipped shortly after they are received, we cannot guarantee that a requested cancellation or modification can be completed.
An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. Once delivered, the customer may request a return if the item is eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
12. Shipping and delivery
Inventory sold through ntns.store is stored in Roseville, Michigan and is packed and shipped directly by New Things n Stuff LLC. We do not use a third-party dropshipping or fulfillment service.
Processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking practices, address responsibilities, and procedures for delayed, lost, damaged, or missing packages are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates supplied by us or USPS are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, transportation problems, emergencies, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will nevertheless assist customers as described in our Shipping Policy.
13. Customer-provided shipping information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We can change an address only if the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, we cannot guarantee cancellation, rerouting, replacement, or refund.
If the package is returned to us, any reshipment or refund will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer or deducted from an approved refund.
14. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, return-shipping responsibilities, nonreturnable products, inspection procedures, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning a product. Unauthorized returns or products sent to an address not provided by us may not be accepted.
15. Local delivery and pickup
Local delivery or pickup may be available by prior arrangement in the Roseville, Michigan area.
Customers must contact us to determine whether local delivery or pickup is available and to agree upon the applicable arrangements.
We will not substitute local delivery for USPS shipping without first obtaining the customer's approval.

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payment processing, digital wallets, shipping and delivery, customer accounts, analytics, fraud prevention, marketing and advertising, product listings and sales channels, and other website or business functions.
Our website may also contain links to manufacturers or other independent third-party websites and services.
Third parties operate under their own terms, policies, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the independent actions, content, security, availability, or policies of a third-party service.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

The website's original store branding, logos, written content, layout, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to New Things n Stuff LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our original website content without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
Product names, trademarks, manufacturer logos, product images, and other materials owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
19. User submissions and communications
If you send us product reviews, feedback, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
We may use customer communications as necessary to provide support, investigate problems, resolve disputes, process returns, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
We will not publicly use a customer's name, photograph, review, or other submitted content for marketing purposes without permission where permission is required.
