Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with New Things N Stuff. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on newthingsnstuff.com.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any unexpected delay, we will do our best to notify you by email.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Domestic only: We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer one shipping method:

  • USPS Priority Mail

    • Estimated delivery time: typically 1–3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped (this is an estimate and not guaranteed).

Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS operations. Once an order has been handed over to USPS, transit times are outside our control.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are flat rate based on the number of items in your order:

  • 1–2 items: $3 flat rate shipping

  • 3 or more items: Free shipping

The applicable shipping charge (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take some time to update after you receive the tracking number.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mailroom/office.

  3. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number for more information.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item:

  • Please contact us at eric@newthingsnstuff.com as soon as possible.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).

We accept returns for defective or damaged items and will work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


8. Other Returns & Exchanges

For reasons other than damage or defects (such as change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, etc.):

  • You must contact us at eric@newthingsnstuff.com before sending anything back.

  • Returns for non-defective items are not automatically guaranteed. We will review each request and determine whether a return will be accepted and under what conditions.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item, and we’ll clarify who is responsible for any return shipping costs.
