Hi, I'm Eric, and I'm New Things n Stuff

New Things n Stuff, or NTnS for short, is a small business that I run completely by myself from Roseville, Michigan.

I find the deals, buy the inventory, create the product listings, answer customer questions, pack every order, and handle the shipping.

How it all started

This all started in 2022. At the time, I was working but not making much money. I realized that I was really good at finding deals online and in stores.

I have always enjoyed shopping and searching for unusually good prices. One day I thought, why not turn my deal finding skills and shopping habit into something that could make me money?

So that is exactly what I did.

I registered NewThingsNStuff.com on September 16, 2022. I started buying products at large discounts and passing those savings along to my customers.

I have often been able to offer brand new products for half off the regular retail price, and sometimes even better.

On July 7, 2023, I changed the store's main address to ntns.store. NewThingsNStuff.com described the business well, but it was long, hard to say, and hard for people to remember. NTnS was much easier.

Where the deals come from

I find inventory through closeouts, clearance opportunities, special promotions, and limited time pricing that can disappear quickly.

Sometimes I am looking for a certain type of product. Other times, a deal comes along that is simply too good to pass up.

Some of the products I sell are things that I purchased for myself. When I have the chance to buy extras at the same great price, I make them available here so that you can get the same deal.

The inventory changes constantly, and that is why you may find almost anything at NTnS. I do not focus on one product category. I focus on finding good products at great prices.

All inventory sold through ntns.store is stored in Roseville, Michigan and shipped directly by me. NTnS does not use a third-party dropshipping or fulfillment service.

Why the name New Things n Stuff

Choosing a name for a store that sells a little bit of everything was harder than I expected.

I originally wanted to call it Things n Stuff, but that name and the matching website addresses were already taken. I did not have thousands of dollars to buy one of those domain names, so I added the word New.

That worked out well because almost everything I sell is brand new.

Unless a listing is clearly marked PREOWNED, you can expect the item to be brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging.

On rare occasions, I may list a preowned item for a friend. When I do, the listing will be clearly marked and the condition will be fully explained.

Customer satisfaction matters to me

When you contact NTnS, you are contacting me directly. There is no large customer service department and no outside company handling your message.

If something is not right with your order, please contact me. I will do everything reasonably within my power to understand the problem and make it right.

I also take packaging very seriously. I previously worked at a UPS Store, where I learned how to properly pack items for shipping.

I have shipped more than 5,000 items, and not a single customer has contacted me to say that their order arrived damaged.

Why I still love doing this

What started as a way to make some extra money has become something I truly enjoy.

I get to keep searching for great products, support my own shopping habit, and give other people the same feeling I get when an amazing deal shows up at the door.

Almost four years after starting NTnS, I have never looked back.
